Pros: És bonic, espaiós i està molt ben equipat. La cuina disposa de tot lo necessari, inclòs un Air fryer, cafetera Dolce Gusto i cafetera Nespresso Vertuo. Molt net. La propietària molt accessible i agradable.

Cons: És un segon pis sense ascensor.
