Great location

Pros: The location is superb. 15 mins walk to the castle, but just a minute from Place Carnot, the centre of La Bastide St Louis, which is worthy of an explore. The property is a huge, accessed through a gentle warren & very typically French city - exactly what we wanted! Parking can be available around the corner on street, but can be hit & miss - the underground parking at Gambetta is secure, close & decent value for money.

Pros: This was a fantastic apartment in a perfect location to explore Carcassone and the old city. He was proactive and contacted us several times before and during our stay to check that everything was alright. We particularly appreciated the recommendations for restaurants which we followed and ate at four recommended Places which were all brilliant.

Cons: We visited in August and it was very hot. There was only one fan in the apartment and it would’ve been much better to have at least one in each bedroom.

Pros: Buen apartamento, muy grande, espacioso y bien amueblado con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable

Cons: Por poner algo, la escalera es estrecha y si vas con carro de bebé es algo incómodo. Las zonas comunes del bloque bastante deterioradas

Pros: Super amplio, limpio y muy bien equipado y moderno. No faltaba un detalle.

Cons: Lo único es que si eres sensible a los ruidos al dormir, da a una calle principal y se oye gente y coches.
