Great Location, but Needs Improvement in Cleanliness and certain Comforts

Pros: We recently stayed at this apartment and found it to be in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the medieval part of town, close to all the shops and restaurants, and conveniently near both the bus stop and train station. It’s a spacious and quiet apartment, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. However, there are some areas that could be improved.

Cons: The apartment would benefit from some decorative touch-ups, as certain parts are starting to show wear. When we arrived, we noticed a lot of dust on the shelves, doors, and microwave, and the dining table was not clean. A deep clean is definitely needed to refresh the space. This was especially problematic for us as my husband has asthma, and we had to spend some time cleaning before we could relax. Towels were also difficult to find, as they were tucked away in the day bed drawers. Key pickup and drop-off was a bit of a hassle, especially as I wouldn't want to do it after dark, but it wasn't too bad overall. The host’s communication was good, though when I mentioned the dust, there was no apology, which would have been appreciated. Another small issue was the limited toilet paper—we were left with just one roll for two people for a three-night stay. These basic supplies should be readily available, though we generously left two extra rolls for the next guests. The bed in the bedroom has a plastic sheet protecting the mattress, which made it uncomfortable to sleep as it made us sweat throughout the night. We ended up sleeping on the sofa for the rest of our stay, which was comfortable enough

Pros: This was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I really appreciated that.

Pros: Good location, just 50m from tourist information centre. Close to main attractions. In the middle of way between train station and old medieval town with towers. For me was bonus that it is old building what was used by Dominican noons. One wall of your terrace is chapel with mosaic, it is amazing. Appartment is really big. Nice bathroom.

Cons: Devil is in details. When I arrived, internet was not working, so owner come later to reinstall it. 1 roll of wc paper for 5 days. Not comfortable organized kitchen, for example cutlery is on level of your head and you even don't see what are you taking. Washing machine with secrets. Doors are closing not well, you need use power. Water crane was closed, but all this I need discover and change alone, owner was not answering anything to my questions. And so till the end. Not a good by, not a line about check out.

Pros: La ubicación excelente, el espacio amplísimo, un lujo de espacio y de ubicación, con el extra del patio interior. Bonito, bien decorado, con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia.Muy bien equipado de menaje de cocina y vajilla, y de electrodomésticos.

Cons: Las sábanas no me gustaron,.No había sitio en los armarios de la cocina para dejar mi comida, y estaban muy altos en los armarios la vajilla y los cubiertos.

Excelente opción, super céntrico.

Pros: El apartamento es muy bonito y moderno, tenía de todo lo necesario y super limpio.

Cons: Las almohadas muy delgadas.

Pros: La localisation, rapport qualité-prix, grand volume. Internet fibre.

Cons: Rien en particulier, peut être habiller un peu plus les grands murs blancs, afin de rendre l appartement un peu plus chaleureux.

Pros: La casa es prou gran amb espai més que de sobra per a tres persones. Molt bé situada en el centre de la bastida. Aparcaments i serveis molt a prop.
