La localisation du bien est excellente. Bonne prestation !

Pros: Pour cette première semaine de juillet 2025, la climatisation était indispensable. C'était le cas, matériel tout neuf et fonctionnant à merveille.

Cons: Ce qui pourrait être amélioré : La douche avec rideau !
