Good for short stay

Pros: Rather comfi beds. Good enough WiFi. Basically equipped kitchen, cofee and tea.

Cons: Shower room can be more clean, water drainage in the shower insufficient. Clear information about parking possibilities nearby has to be provided to avoid time wasting for guests, clarifying with locals the situation with parking

Spacious apartment with a great location

Pros: Easy check in, great location, fully equipped kitchen (some of the pots aren't suitable for the induction cooker), spacious apartment, comfortable beds, good contact with staff. Would consider staying there again, avoiding warm months as attic apartment gets very warm and there is no AC

Cons: Couldn't leave luggage in before check-in time (not a big deal just slight inconvenience). Cleanliness - floors were pretty dirty (our little one had literally black feet after 1 hr of running around the apartment). Found few bits of broken glass on the floor so ended up hoovering the place as soon as we arrived. Questionable cleanles of bedsheets 🫣 dusty fans.

Good value for money

Pros: Location. Big flat, two bedrooms and full equipped kitchen.

Cons: The flat is on a third floor with no elevator. That's a big issue if you have heavy suitcases.

Pros: Spacious flat, would accommodate four guests comfortably and 10 mins walk from the mediaeval Cite.

Cons: Third floor flat, no lift which would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Superb 2 bed appartment in central location

Pros: Great central location, easy to find with simple instructions to enter property

Cons: All was fine thank you

Pros: L'appartement est vraiment super, très grand et très vaste, idéal pour famille.

Cons: Juste la grande froideur de la personne qui est venu toquer le matin a la porte (peut être la conciergerie), effectivement nous avions 10mn de retard. La personne a toqué fortement, quand on a ouvert, un regard extrêmement froid, pas un sourire, pas un seul mot, encore moins un simple \

Pros: Appartement plein de charme à deux pas de la cité médiévale Le propriétaire est très réactif par message, ce qui facilite l’arrivée et le séjour. L’appartement, situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur, a beaucoup de cachet. La décoration est originale, avec des objets insolites comme une vieille machine à écrire qui ajoutent une touche authentique et chaleureuse. Un parking public se trouve juste en face, à un tarif très abordable. La cité médiévale de Carcassonne est accessible en une quinzaine de minutes à pied : un incontournable, absolument magnifique ! Petit bémol : c’est un vieil immeuble, donc l’insonorisation n’est pas parfaite… le voisin du dessous entend les pas et ne manque pas de le faire savoir 😉

Muy correcto para unos días

Pros: La ubicacion era buena, cerca del centro, de la cité, etc. CARCASSONE tampoco es tan grande, pero buena ubicación. Tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectamente. Pequeño peri con dos habitaciones correctas, pica y ducha en un lado y wc en una puerta sólo.

Cons: Hacía mucho calor y no tiene, al tratarse de una especie de buhardilla, una aireación buena, y el aire acondicionado portátil, al no tener una instalación correcta hacia poco. La verdad es que con menos calor se hubiera estado muy bien.

Pros: Emplacement, logement très agréable et propre! Bien équipé.
