Large and well equipped apartment

Pros: Great value, very spacious, very well equipped with everything we needed.

Well preserved old building with big space that need a bit of maintenance

Pros: Big and spacious accommodations in a very old and interesting building with a lot of history

Cons: The toilet showed its age with a bit of musky smell and panelling that jutted out. There was also a toilet that smelt just like cigarette smoke which was bad. The bed was also very shakey so we were a bit worried that it would break.

Very good choice for a stay in Carcassonne.

Pros: Very nice furniture, spacious living room, sparking clean. Located in an historical building, at walking distance to the ciitadel and all main attractions. Had no issues with parking in the neighborhood.

Pros: Great location and very easy to park on the street right in front of the apartment. Very well appointed with everything you need and the mini-football table was a hit with the kids!

Cons: The rooms were very hot without any AC or fans in the height of summer.

Overall, a very pleasant stay

Pros: The size of the apartment was great. Many bathrooms, including 2 ensuite bedrooms, which made the morning routine much easier. The property is centrally located with great shops around. I'd highly recommend a visit to the delicatessen/fromagerie shop around the corner.

Cons: The bedroom with bank beds had a cupboards which doors were broken and left loose. A bit dangerous, I'd think. There was a smell coming from the bathroom, which I think came from the canalisations/pipes, rather than the bathrooms themselves. I was very disappointed when I sent a text to the owner regarding a very important earring, not gold, but of great sentimental value, which dropped in the apartment floor., and never got an answer or even an acknowledgement. I sent a photo of the other earring, which I still have. I'd love an answer letting me know if the cleaner found it.

Perfect place to explore Carcassonne from

Pros: The location is outstanding and the perfect location for a touristy visit to Carcassonne - baguettes on the doorstep and everywhere within a short walk. The Loft itself is really nicely done, lots of space, everything we needed and super comfy beds. We loved being able to open the windows and hear the unmistakable buzz of a French town. There is also a great view over the rooftops of Carcassonne and of the medieval city.

Cons: The only thing that was a little off was a strange musty smell throughout the property- I don't know if it's a hangover from renovation days or maybe coming from another part of the building but it was unpleasant.

Pros: Sejour au top!Appartement dans un bâtiment historique du quartier de la bastide .Très bien agencé et décoré,tres lumineux grace a la magnifique verrière chaque chambre a sa salle de bain ce qui est très appréciable,literie très confortable.cuisine très bien équipée et produits de base disponibles.petite vue sur la citadelle par les fenêtres du salon en bonus!

Pros: Bel espace, très belle bâtisse, fonctionnel, propre et bien placé, l'endroit est idéal pour venir à plusieurs. Je recommande !

Pros: El departamento es muy bonito, amplio y cómodo; tiene una cocina pequeña pero equipada. Como éramos 7 personas, fue muy adecuado que tiene tres regaderas y dos baños por separado. En general, todas las instalaciones super bien. Muy atentos los anfitriones.

Cons: La única queja que tenemos es que en la habitación donde está la litera, como se mueve y cruje bastante, nadie se animó a dormir en la parte de arriba por temor a que se cayera.
