Carcassonne

Pros: Excellent little place, has a cute little courtyard.Home from home. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Shops,station, and Medieval castle. The host Anne-Marie is very helpful. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Carcassonne very much.

Cons: The holiday went rather too quickly and we had to come home again😭

Would definitely recommend the place to others.

Pros: Very tasteful decor, comfortable bed and good quality linen. All the necessary appliances were provided. Great aircon, great location

Cons: There was no shower, only a bath with no plug. The towels were a bit threadbare.

Great last minute stay!

Pros: I had a last minute change of plan and found this place online. The host was super kind and helpful and responded to all my questions. The place was very clean and location was pretty decent and quiet.

Cons: Nothing that I disliked but in case someone has mobility issues, be warned that the bathtub is difficult to use.

From derelict looking outside 😒 to a pleasant surprise on the inside😁

Pros: The appartment was great 😁except for the bathtub with a hand held shower attachment 😒it definitely needs to be replaced with a proper enclosed shower cubicle for sure👍 Definitely a health& safety issue with water splashing all over a tiled floor😒

Cons: Bathtub with hand held attachment, definitely not suitable for a holiday rental 😒😒

Great place for a stay in Carcassone

Pros: A lovely, apartment. It had all we needed for a short stay . Fully equipped kitchen, bottle openers, kitchen roll, plates etc..it had it all. It was very clean and internally exactly like the photos. The location was close to the station, a 10 minute walk to Place de Carnot and about a 20min walk to the medieval town. It was very quiet inside the property.. Bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Anne-Marie the host was really lovely, she was very helpful.

Cons: To be honest, I'm being super crital here , but here goes: It doesn't look great from the outside but it's super inside. Most of Carcassone looks the same. The free standing bath had a shower head but no where to fix it to the wall, so we made do with it as it was. A few more extra towels would have been handy. And also an extra toilet roll. The property has outside space which is a sun trap in the afternoon. There are 3 big logs outside...2 to sit on and one to use as a small table . This space could have been nicer, but maybe this is a communal space so it's hard to make it your own. Anytime I sat there, I was alone.

Pros: Lit très confortable, appartement spacieux et idéalement situé, calme.

Cons: La salle de bain était mal équipée, aucun rideau autour de la baignoire donc obligé de se laver allongée et pas de porte serviettes.

Pros: The apartment was very cute and well decorated! It has everything you need and was very comfortable. Anne Marie answered very quickly. Highly recommend!

Cons: The tub was aesthetically pleasing but a shower would have been more practical.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé pour visiter la ville et sa cité. Le personnel très sympathique et professionnel.
