2 bedrooms apartment - Perfect for a city getaway

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Loved the decor. The sauna was wonderful. Well equipped and lovely and warm. Excellent kitchen.

Cons: Missing a couple of light 💡 No key to unlock the piano, would love to have been able to play it.

Very enjoyable stay in a clean well furnished 2 bed apartment in good central location

Pros: The apartment was exceptionally well furnished and equipped for a rental property and in a good location near station and main shopping/eating areas. Only approx 20 min walk to medieval city.

Very lovely city and extremely enjoyable.

Pros: The apartment was lovely and just as advertised. The location was perfect for the old town (5 minute walk) where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars in a beautiful square, and just a 5 minute walk from the apartment also takes you to the railway station and the canal du midi (where you can take a organised boat trip). To walk to the medieval city (some of which is of course uphill) takes about 20 minutes but a very picturesque walk. There are lots of cafes and restaurants within the city walls - most of the terrain is cobbles so wear sensible shoes! For art lovers there is a Fine Arts museum in the old town, which is free and well worth a visit. We wanted to go the Lac de la Cavayère by bus but this only runs apparently in July and August, and it is a long walk!

Excellent and met our expectations

Pros: The property was exactly as presented in the pictures. The interior design and styling was elegant and calming. It was very well equipped and everything met expectations. We would go again and also recommend to friends and family.

Cons: We spent two nights. The designated Check-in time was later than we could have wished (from 5pm) and our request for early check-in wasn't responded to.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Beautiful apartment, really felt very French. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, well equipped kitchen. Great location, only a few minutes walk to either the central square or the railway station.

Cons: Road is quite busy so a little noisy if doors are open. Rather warm (could do with more shutters for the living room to keep out the afternoon sun) - only two fans (in bedrooms) although easy enough to move one of those to the living room. Lots of space but not enough places to put your things eg only one hook for towels. Don’t know where we would’ve hung wet coats, for example.

Pros: Large spacious French style apartment with a Great location. Train station and bus to airport 5 minutes walk.

Enjoyable family trip to Carcassonne and its environs.

Pros: Great location; spacious, light and airy property. Ideal for exploring the area. Convenient car parking available opposite.

Cons: The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, but was quite functional for a short stay.

Très cosy et accueillant, on s’y sent vraiment bien

Pros: La clarté, la décoration, les grandes chambres, l’emplacement en cœur de ville, la propreté, les équipements de la cuisine et le salon, le chauffage,

Cons: La salle bain est très petite, il n’y a pas de télévision, les portes fenêtres du salon sont très difficiles à refermer, la dernière marche de l’escalier devant la porte d’entrée est cassée et très dangereuse car instable et glissante.

Visita por el sur de de Francia

Pros: La localización estaba muy bien, cerca de puntos de interés de Carcasone a dónde se podía ir caminando sin problema. Y buena ubicación para salir con el coche de la ciudad , al igual que se podía estacionar frente a la casa.

Cons: Había unos radiadores que no calentaban bien el salón y una de las habitaciones. Se pasó un poco de frío. Tampoco no había tele.
