Excellent

Pros: The location was excellent. Convenient for local restaurants and public transport.

Cons: Nothing could have been improved.

Pros: The apartment is big, very comfortable (especially the beds!) nicely decorated and very well located. We enjoyed it very much and we recommend the place!

Cons: A welcome package for basic cooking such as oil/pepper/salt could be at disposal.

Spacious apartment in a great location.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for your stay. The main bedroom is huge! Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Opposite is monoprix which has plenty of food and wine. We used the bakery a few doors up and had delicious breakfast goodies. The train station is a very short walk. We went to Narbonne and Toulous by train. Ate out two nights in Place Carnot (2 min walk).

A Very Comfortable Apartment.

Pros: This is a lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Carcassonne. There are two large bedrooms, a large bathroom, a separate toilet and wash basin and laundry facilities. The kitchen was very well equipped as was the rest of the apartment. The hosts were readily available, they met us and explained the use of appliances, which was very helpful. The apartment is located up one flight of very wide stairs.

Cons: I thought it was odd that there were no toiletries in the bathroom given that there were many other provisions throughout the apartment.

We felt welcomed and very comfortable at Chez Georges. Excellent hosts and location too.

Pros: We loved being met by the property owner. Andy was extremely kind, informative and helpful. The apartment was enormous, central and had everything we needed. A really great experience.

Pros: The apartment was lovely and clean and offers a great space to relax and explore the city. It's a 30 second walk to Place Carnot, a beautiful square in the centre where you have so many lovely restaurants and shops all around. A 30 minute walk to the medieval city and 5 minutes walk to the station and Canal du Midi, just perfect if you want to explore. The hosts are so welcoming and helpful too. You can't go wrong here!

Pros: Beautiful big bedrooms, comfortable sitting room and well equiped kitchen. Amazing location right in the middle of everything and a very accommodating host who facilitated an early check in.

Cons: Nothing!

Wonderful stay in lovely apartment

Pros: Helpful owners in a lovely well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds, quality towels. .loved every minute.

Pros: Chez George’s is the perfect home from home. The Location is just perfect, only a stone’s throw from Place Carnot and within walking distance of everything. It has everything you will need and more, a bright spacious apartment, the bedrooms are so comfortable. You’re right in the heart of the city yet the apartment is so quiet and peaceful I just love it, I have stayed a number of times and look forward to doing so again Nicolette and Andrew were wonderful hosts. Thanks as always to Rory and Mairead. I would recommend Chez George’s for your visit to Carcassonne.
