Bel appartement, malgré un couac sur l'éclairage dans la salle de bains

Pros: Appartement agréable et fonctionnel, à 25 minutes à pied de l'enceinte de la citadelle. Rien à dire sur la propreté et facile d'accès.

Cons: Pas de lumières dans la salle de bain et plus de réponse du propriétaire une fois installés. Le.quartier n'est pas très riant et la clim aurait été un vrai plus (mais nous y étions en pleine canicule)

Bel appart, spacieux, quartier calme, proche de la Cité.

Pros: Emplacement calme. Possibilité de se garer pas loin gratuitement dans les ruelles autour (mais très étroites...). Appartement refait à neuf. Bonne surprise par rapport aux parties collectives de l'immeuble un peu moins \

Cons: Le matelas du canapé lit très peu confortable... Peut être à remplacer... Merci !
