Les Bellevue Cité "3 Apartments

A delightful surprise.

Pros: Beautiful house. Lovely view. Fantastic location. Perfect hosts.

Cons: Slightly unclear if we could park right outside property.

Beautiful, character stay amongst the heart of Carcassone

Pros: The location and view of Carcassone were superb. It was wonderful to wake each morning to open the the huge French windows and shutters and look out across the park to the old walled town.

Cons: Unfortunately being such an old property the plumbing was a problem. For one of the days we had no water in the taps, toilet etc. Only when I messaged the owners to let them know was I informed it had been turned off overnight due to a problem elsewhere in the building. This occurred 3 times during our stay and was frustrating regarding showering, flushing toilets and using the washing machine. I do appreciate however the age of the building and still loved our stay.

Nice apartment but did not get what we expected as shown on the booking website due to misleading information

Pros: Lovely quiet location yet very close to old city and new town

Cons: The information on booking.com website is not very reliable and in my view correct. We searched for properties that have outdoor space and private parking. This property came up on the search. But we didn’t realise until after we booked that only 1 of the properties matched the criteria. It was only discovered in the small text further down the web page that we did not have parking or outdoor space. As we had already paid we had had no option but to stay there. But I do feel that the property owner needs to CLEARLY state this as it is not a true reflection of the property

Wonderful apartment

Pros: This is an exquisite property - an authentic French apartment with a ‘Chateau’ feel. The view of Carcassonne from the balcony is stunning.

Cons: Nothing.

Charm in abundance

Pros: Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful owners of the outstanding 2nd floor apartment. You might find something more modern; you wont find anything more charming or better situated with such relaxed and attentive owners. Cant wait to return...

Apartamento grande para familias con muchas personas

Pros: El apartamento es confortable y está relativamente bien ubicado para visitar a pie la ciudad medieval y el centro de la ciudad.

Cons: Es más antiguo de lo que se indica en las fotos de publicidad. Está en el segundo piso del edificio y no cuenta con ascensor.

Fun stay with young kids.close to everything and with all amenities we need

Pros: Great location. Cool layout. The kids loved that it was a bunch of different rooms and kind of like a maze. Easy to park.

Cons: Only one thing- we wished the shower head had a mount so we could stand and shower hands free.

Pros: Tolle Lage, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Cons: Eine Skizze für Lage der Hauseingangstür und Parkplatz wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Pros: La grandeza de las habitaciones y el encanto de la casa.

Cons: Es algo húmeda.

Un très bon choix à Carcassonne

Pros: Vieil appartement bien renové, lumineux et original, beaucoup de charme, aux portes du Pont-Vieux et donc immédiatement sur le chemin de St Jacques donc très pratique pour les randonneurs

Cons: La procédure d'enregistrement (mails longs, questionnaire etc...) pourrait probablement etre allégée
