Perfect accomodation for visiting Carcassone.

Pros: The location is fantastic, secure and well equipped for stays. Clean and tidy.

Cons: All amazing

Pros: The location and view of the castle was fabulous All facilities were satisfactory snd was clean.

Cons: The steep staircase was a bit hazardous and not suitable for older people or moving suitcases upstairs. We travelled as two friends, not a couple, so the other bed was a bunk bed. Using the bathroom at night was treacherous because of the steep spiral staircase.

Stunning location an excellent apartment!

Pros: Absolutely brilliant location, a spacious apartment over 3 floors, plenty of room, a bathroom and toilet on 1st floor and extra loo on the ground floor. Simple but equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, clean rooms, really easy to find and very good instructions from the host.

Cons: Nothing- it was an amazing find and would happily book again!

Superb - magical views from a lovely quiet apartment with heaps of character and charm.

Pros: Instruction provided for accessing the property were very detailed and easy to follow. The property itself was fantastic - spread across three levels (via a spiral staircase) with large comfortable rooms and good facilities. The view from the rooftop terrace is magnificent (the photos on Booking.com do not do it justice). The property was close to good restaurants and handily located for both the medieval city and the bastide town over the nearby pont vieux.

Cons: The location of the parking is via a narrow restaurant-lined road, which was a bit nerve-wracking, but this is just because the location of the property is so good!

Fantastic accommodation right below the castle

Pros: Friendly owner. Beautiful view of the castle from the terrace. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Secure parking in an enclosed courtyard. All historical monuments within easy walking distance.

Nice apt in carcassonne

Pros: The apt is in a great location really close to the town. It has free parking and good communication with the owner. The rooms are clean and a good size.

Cons: Unfortunately we couldn't get the air-conditioning to work. It may have been us or it may have been broken, I'm not sure but we were extremely hot. Two out of 3 rooms are well positioned on the 2nd floor but the 3rd room is in the attic so not suitable for everyone height wise and temperature wise.

Great Place to Stay

Pros: I can highly recommend this place as it was very close to the medieval city & close to bus stops. Also the air con was a god send as it was 40c whilst we were staying, so a wonderful respite for us. It was easy to find, to get in etc. I would stay here again.

Cons: Lack of toiletries. We presumed this meant shower gel & shampoo. That was it though.

Great location, but slow wifi.

Pros: The location was good, as the next street over had loads of places to eat. Very near the castle and main city. It was very spacious, and had lots of bedding just in case.

Cons: The WiFi was very slow and often didn’t work. The hosts could’ve responded to questions faster. And it would have been better with AC, although they did provide fans.

Perfect apartment, perfect location and the bonus of lovely terrace with a magnificent view.

Pros: It was an exceptional apartment in an exceptional location. The host was superb and great at communicating, and even messaged to say we could book in an hour earlier if we would like to.

Cons: We loved it all!

Very nice place to stay

Pros: Great location, close to restaurants and old town. Walking distance to the path along the river.

Cons: The fans are not good enough when temperatures are above 35. It can get very hot inside especially in the top floor room.
