Pros: Hyper bien placé : 3min de la boulangerie, 5min de la plage du Grezel, 5min du petit centre avec notamment La Friterie du Nord. 15min à pieds par la jolie promenade de la mer en direction de la plage de la Mateille/ Centre de voile et balnéothérapie/ piscine. Et dans l'autre sens, vous suivez par une enfilade, tout le dédale du port pour les animations et restos. Hyper confort avec son petit jardinet extérieur, résidence hyper calme. Idéal pour un couple et 2 ados. Tout était parfait, bien équipé, très propre et l'accueil pour la remise des clés était parfait.. avec une petite surprise (un très bon cru local de La Clape).
