Beautiful property

Pros: Beautiful property, close to the beach just a 5-10 min drive. Had beautiful view and the property was just great. Food in restaurant and the breakfast was really good The wellness is nice - has everything you need Dog friendly property

Cons: We took the smallest room and this was too small to stay with our dog, just a bed you can move around with a bathroom. Level of English of staff is extremely limited In the restaurant a lot of the options were meat but need to take a kg since there were many couples we did not understand this since a kg for 2 people is way too much. Could foresee more gluten-free options.

Pros: Amazing hotel in a wonderful vineyard location. Lovely room, attentive staff, air-conditioning was great. Stunning pool with cocktail and snack bar. The restaurant view is beautiful and food was delicious (we booked a table in advance of our stay).

Cons: On the second evening the hotel hosted a conference for about 30 people at dinner. Not having a table pre-booked for our second night meant we were unable to eat there again.

Pros: Fabulous property. Beautiful view from it with well equipped outside space. Bedrooms were all lovely with nice bathrooms and plenty of towels including pool towels. Property had everything you might need.

Cons: So the only thing missing might have been a small shop onsite. With the beautiful self catering properties and the site, you had to go out to get anything you forgot, like milk or bread or whatever.

Breathtaking views

Pros: Absolutely STUNNING! Loved our holiday and already making plans to return next year. We had a wine tour and tasting which was amazing, learnt so much and the wine is incredible!

Cons: There was a conference on our last two days of our stay. The hotel did warn us that however, we were sat on the terrace enjoying a bottle of wine and was told to leave because we weren’t allowed to stay in that area. Our last day we were refused drinks at the bar because it was only open to the conference. Resulting in us leaving the hotel early and going to the airport.

Pros: Beautiful room & bathroom Good restaurant Friendly staff

Cons: After a 7 hour journey. It would be nice to be offered an arrival drink in reception! Not everyone loves around the corner ! I had to ask for a glass of water while our passports & check in details were taken. This disappointed us . Carrying our own bags to the room too. Would have been nice to have been offered assistance! A hotel chateau of this calibre should do better !!!

From arrival to departure all our needs were met.

Pros: Stayed in a private villa, accommodation was superb, the food in the restaurant was 1st class. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Fantastic place - just have a car for next time

Pros: It's a great place but if you don't have a car everything is a taxi away so made us feel a little trapped in the luxury. Would definitely go again but next time with a car!

Cons: Vegan/ Veggie options were lacking and if you stay for a few days (which we did) we ended up eating the same food every night.

Tres Bien!

Pros: Everything was amazing from the reservation and confirmation process to arrival and additional services. The best part was the fact that the staff pointed out a cheaper option for a family of four to use the villas instead of the individual rooms.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like about this property.

The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my room and service.

Pros: I loved the breakfast delivery to the villas. The staff from the restaurant Asado was professional and went above and beyond with their kindness and service. I also loved the spa service!! The massage, mani and pedi were 10/10.

Cons: The insects inside the villas, which were found in the shower, front door, bathroom etc. I’m terrified but the staff helped to remove upon call.
