Great hostel in central Carcassonne

Pros: Great location near the train/bus station and only 20 minute walk to the stunning old city; very clean, modern and comfortable and the staff were really helpful!

Pros: The staff, especially Sara were so kind and friendly. She honestly couldnt do enough to help. I had a very comfortable sleep and the location is great.

A beautiful city and a wonderful stay.

Pros: I loved the welcome I received from Sarah during the initial check in, she provided me a quick espresso and we had a lovely conversation for a few minutes and she was very accommodating and helpful. The hostel itself is located in the centre of the city close to several restaurants and the place was modern and clean. 100% recommend choosing Le Couvent.

Limited staff. Strict 1500pm check-in.

Pros: A couple minutes walk to the train and a 20 min walk to the medieval village on the hill. Comfortable and clean with privacy curtains, plugs.

Cons: Limited staff. Strict 1500pm check-in. No early luggage storage available. No elevator. Luggage storage cabinet not lockable.

Pros: It's located in a really good place. The staff is very nice. They have a lot of clean bathrooms. I had a comfortable stay in Carcassonne.

Cons: Beds have no curtains and no each light. Someone would care about that. And I bought a snack from the vending machine. But it didn't come out stuck in the vending machine. Unfortunately at that time, there wasn't a staff who have the key to open. So I gave it up 😂

Pros: Bed was super comfortable, staff were lovely, and there's an extra shower/toilet on every floor. Can't complain!

Pros: Unique historic building, an old convent, with a lovely restaurant & bar area that unfortunately I didn’t have time to use. Clean, modern & comfortable room with hot power shower. Great location near to train station, airport bus stop & main square. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably priced.

Cons: Nothing really, it was perfect for my trip.
