This is a special place with great hosts who treated us like family.

Pros: This is like home from home. Felt very welcome and lovely meeting other guests at breakfast even if we aren’t used to this. A truly great and interesting collection of people who would lift your heart in troubled times. The house has lovely detail, gardens, history and even the dog is friendly!

Cons: We should have closed the voil as we got badly bitten by mosquitoes on a storm filled evening/night. Maybe air conditioning would help as we then could have closed the window. A minor irritant on a very special stay over with charming hosts.
