Pros: The place is amazingA true hidden gem just 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful town of Mirepoix. We spent four nights here with my parents and our 6-year-old sons, and everyone had a fantastic time. The house is spacious and fully equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large swimming pool and family-friendly games like table tennis kept everyone entertained. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet. Katie and Richard, the hosts, were very kind and welcoming. The location is also great for exploring the region, with Carcassonne just about an hour away and plenty of outdoor activities like rafting and kayaking nearby. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, scenic setting.

We hebben genoten op een heerlijke plek!

Pros: Het huis waarin we verbleven was heerlijk ruim, schoon en met mooie spullen, materialen en veel aandacht ingericht. Ook was de ontvangst door Katie en Rich hartelijk en ze waren flexibel met aankomst- en vertrektijd. Gewoon heel fijn!

Cons: Alles was ontzettend goed, er zijn maar twee kleine puntjes te bedenken. Er waren wat vliegen in het huis (wat niet raar is op het platteland) en ik vond het wel spannend om de oprit op te komen met mijn auto die wat laag is. Er zijn wat gaten in het asfalt. Maar we raden deze locatie van harte aan!

Pros: We spent Christmas here and had such a wonderful time. The kitchen is well equipped to cook a feast. Everything felt so comfy! When you first drive out, it feels remote, but it’s really only 12 minutes away from Mirepoix. We would come back in a heart-beat. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Cons: Everything was absolutely wonderful, so not a thing we didn’t like.

Pros: La vivienda bonita, grande. En medio de la naturaleza. Ideal para alojar a un grupo. Muy buena comunicación con los propietarios.

Cons: Retirado del pueblo, pero ya lo sabíamos. En coche no es un problema.

Acogedor, tranquilo y excelente

Pros: Me encanto la casa, el salón con la chimenea, la cocina súper equipada, la anfitriona súper encantadora. Las habitaciones muy tranquilas y con total confort, las camas muy cómodas y todo limpio. Ideal tanto para familias con niños, o en plan tranquilo en pareja.

Geweldige locatie voor rust en natuurzoekers en een geweldige uitvalsbasis naar Carcassonne en Andorra

Pros: De rust, de gite ligt op op het platteland. Prachtige authentieke boerderij met bijgebouwen, het zwembad was fantastisch. Mooie tuin en dan de vogels prachtig, de sterrenhemels bij heldere nachten geweldig. Mooie wandelroutes lopen langs de accommodatie.

Cons: Overlast van vliegen.

A nice house with a beautiful peaceful garden

Pros: The house was very spacious and clean. We liked the terrace covered in plants, and the outside kitchen. The garden was huge, with lots of activities and places to sit down peacefully. The swimming pool was always clean :-) The hosts are extremely nice and helpful.

Cons: It's a remote location, but that's the beauty of it if you enjoy peace and quiet!
