La maison d' Elizabeth

Our host arranged for us to see a docto when my partner was in severe pain. We are so grateful.

Pros: Thé common area is gorgeous, lovely furniture and flowers. We also appreciated being able to have hot drinks or beer there at any time.

Cons: The rooms are very bare; no where to put clothes.

Charming stay with a great host

Pros: Adequate breakfast.easy to find, parking close by..but able to park in front while we unpacked. Helpfull and friendly host. Our room overlooked the back garden which was a bonus

Clean and nice rooms in a hotel with a comfortable lounge and cooking area.

Pros: The room was clean, but not very big. Downstairs there was a big lounge where guests could sit on comfortable sofas, had a breakfast and even could cook for themselves (which is very unusual for a hotel). The host is very friendly and speaks good English. In the vicinity there are some restaurants, but keep attention to the opening times.

Cons: For a short stay there is actually nothing to improve.

A beautiful delight

Pros: La maison d'Elizabeth is an exceptional B and B. The decor is a delight with attention to every little detail, giving it a relaxing and charming ambiance. Elizabeth was so welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The delicious breakfast on the terrace ensured our day started perfectly.

Lovely comfortable stay in beautiful house in very pretty village

Pros: Beautiful, clean accommodation in very pretty village. Very good breakfast. No one appears to be in the house permanently, so we had to telephone the number on the door on arrival - as the hosts only live next door we only waited one minute for him to arrive & show us around!

Cons: There are a small number of parking spaces immediately outside but they quickly get filled up. There is alternative parking around the village but it is possibly chargeable?

Lovely welcoming bed and breakfast in the heart of the town.

Pros: Perfectly located in the pretty town of Lagrasse. Lovely guesthouse. Super comfy bed and delicious breakfast.

Cons: No door to the bathroom. Would stop me staying again sadly.

Beautiful

Pros: I loved the location with a beautiful winding rocky path down to river where one can swim! The host was charming and pristine in his demeanour!

Cons: The key to the room could not be locked from outside the room.

Pros: One of the few lodgings directly in Lagrasse that provides overnight accommodation. The house is unassuming from the outside, but the rooms are large and nicely furnished. A beautiful quiet garden with the possibility to walk down to the river. In close proximity to the historic center, it offers an evening tour and several dining options. The owner allowed us to park the motorcycle right in front of the house.

Pros: Loved this place. Reasonable price. Small guest house, lovely spacious room with large comfortable bed. And perfect pillows (it’s the decider for me!!!). Beautiful garden with quirky seating areas and a path down to a bathing pool in the river. Breakfast outside with home made yoghurt, warm crispy croissants and good coffee (another decider). Slept with the windows open and listened to the sound of the frogs singing from the river. Bliss.
