Pros: Beat a path to La Belle Minervoise and Sophie and Jean Claude’s kitchen. Their little hotel delivered the warmest welcome and the finest food of our trip! They offered us mojitos for an apéritif, and later sat down with us for the most magnificent supper of home made cassoulet, fine wine, and an evening of entertaining conversation (in English!). Exceptional, we’d go back in a heartbeat.

Hospitalidad y comida excelente

Pros: Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la amabilidad de los anfitriones, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. La comida casera es deliciosa y los postres, simplemente espectaculares. Sin duda, un alojamiento muy recomendable al que nos encantaría volver.

Fin de semana excelente

Pros: Sophie y JC fueron encantadores, estuvimos muy a gusto y el desayuno muy completo. La habitación con todo lo necesario y limpia. En un bonito pueblo alejado un poco para salir de la gran cantidad de gente en la ciudad, teniendo en cuenta que en Carcassone estaba lleno de gente por los mercadillos navideños.
