Fantastic overnight stay in a glorious setting

Pros: Beautiful room, fabulous shower, secure parking, great welcome. Right in the centre, within walking distance of everything.

Cons: Would have appreciated a luggage rack but a tiny minus amongst all the positives.

Unique and quirky place close to the sites in Narbonne.

Pros: A very new and unique place to stay in Narbonne, in a renovated convent/monastery. Staff was friendly, room was immaculate. It's quite unique and bit quirky. Definitely worth a stay, especially from a comfort and location to the town perspective. One thing to remember in Narbonne is that many of the museums/attractions are closed from 12:00 to 2:00. Kind of annoying. There's parking, which was convenient since we drove.

Pros: Completely unexpected. Attention to detail exceptional. Total indulgence. Congrats for the vision to renovate this former convent.

Cons: Not so easy to find.

We had a wonderful time and would visit again.

Pros: Centrally located, parking, helpful staff, wonderful room. Excellent.

Cons: Due to the continuing superb restoration of the building, the entrance to the hotel and parking is not what is usually experienced.

An excellent stay

Pros: Location was excellent. Interesting history and we were shown round by an English speaking member of staff who explained the history of the building. Rooms were excellent and very tastefully decorated. Car parking provided on site

Central in beautiful, ancient building with comfortable and modern amenities.

Pros: It was lovely, good bed, no noise, nice and dark for sleeping. Nice idea to offer the breakfast and have the biscuits there for a cuppa! Good area, beautiful building.

Cons: Nothing. I liked everything!

A charming and comfortable hotel

Pros: This is a fascinating hotel very close to the centre of Narbonne. The room was very comfortable, air conditioned and quiet.

A very special place.

Pros: Super friendly staff and the building is magnificent. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. A perfect location in the heart of the town by the canal. The owner took great pride informing us of the history of the building which he has restored with care and diligence. A really wonderful place which we would highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing at all.

An amazing venue, the view from the tower fabulous . . . but mind your head

Perfect

Pros: The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Just wonderful! We had an issue with our luggage on the way there and they did everything possible to help. Although there isn't all day reception, there are staff there most of the time and they are a delight to deal with. The room itself was amazing - the attention to detail is absolutely fantastic. We've never stayed anywhere like this before and would love to come back again. The efforts the owners have taken in restoring the old building and fitting out the rooms are jaw-dropping. Close to the centre of things and a 12 minute walk from the station - just perfect.

Cons: Nothing at all. It's wonderful.
