Nice apartment, helpful staff.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a really nice town, staff was really helpful with clear instructions for our late arrival.

Great location, lovely clean, comfortable rooms. Have stayed 5 times

Pros: The location and the feel of the place. We've stayed in 4-5 different rooms and all are very characterful and spotlessly clean

Cons: Lack of lift when struggling with heavy luggage but that's to be expected at a property like this. Lots of winding stairs would make it unsuitable for anyone not fit enough to carry their luggage up themselves

We loved it at the Convent, so central and easy to walk around. Wonderful atmosphere.

Pros: We had no breakfast, but the location was fantastic, right in centre.

Pros: Great location. Beautiful surroundings and building. Studio was really good (only the bathroom was small considering how big was the space).

Cons: No products for showering and dish washing.

Magnificent old convent ideally located in Narbonne

Pros: Magnifent old convent converted into a series of rooms and apartments ideally located in Narbonne 10 Min walk from the train station and right on the edge of the old town. Tasteful and comfortable furniture, spacious with fully equipped large kitchen. Extremely comfortable double bed. Breakfast option at bakery 2 mins away. Many restaurants located close by in old town. Host and owner very friendly and helpful despite language issues (he speaks French and spanish)

Pros: Location was excellent and the apartment was tastefully decorated.

Cons: No electric kettle Toilet seat was wonky No chocolates as stated

Buena ubicación pero el espacio podría estar mejor aprovechado

Pros: El personal es excepcionalmente amable, siempre dedicados, eficientes y cordiales - un placer contactar con ellos. La ubicación es fantástica. El propio edificio es un bonito antiguo convento histórico, con su iglesia, su campanario y esto añade un extra de diferencia. La ducha era espectacularmente potente.

Cons: El apartamento era grande, pero no especialmente cómodo. Había muchos metros, pero la ubicación de la cama, que estaba encajonada, era claustrofóbica, sin espacio literalmente para moverse en uno de los lados (y poco por el otro). Pese a tantos metros en el apartamento, el propio wc tampoco era lo más cómodo y te sentías encajonado. Quizá algunos acabados podrían ser revisados - por bastante menos coste el propio servicio ofrece otras habitaciones con funcionalidad semejante.

Pros: Todo, lo tienen súper limpio y organizado no hemos tenido ningún problema

Cons: Nada

Pros: Nos gustó las instalaciones buenas camas y también la cama adicional que era un sillón. Había todo lo necesario. Estuvimos solo 1 noche.
