L'Autre Jardin

Pros: Clean, comfortable apartment with everything you could need day to day. Beautifully decorated, peaceful and in a lovely location only a short stroll (literally across the street) from the main square. The pool is such a bonus on hot sunny days for a dip. The terrace is great for outdoor dining or just sitting and relaxing with a book. There is a supermarket down the road, plenty of restaurants including the owners which has a delicious lunch and dinner menu. There is a bakery, cheese shop and fish shop across the street. Ideal location for a chilled holiday with the family. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Really nice apartment, large in size, nice terrace and well equipped kitchen. perfect for our needs.

Cons: parking during day was a bit of a challenge as there is no allocated parking, just street parking. but we managed to find a park about 4mins walk if we came back to the unit during the day. at night we usually found a park.

Perfect for family time

Pros: The stay was a wonderful family time. The gite was in a very good condition and it is very confortable. the host was nice and welcoming. Location is perfect, 5 min walking to the main square, several commerces (bakery, market, bank, etc.) on the street, and yet calm.

Great place to stay in Mirepoix

Pros: The modern, very well equipped apartment is situated in a Street a couple of minutes away from the main square in Mirepoix. The Street itself has good amenities (boulangerie literally across the road, Carrefour Express and other shops and restaurants on the doorstep). Whilst being close to the town centre and amenities, the apartment is very peaceful/quiet and the outside space is an added benefit. We ate in the adjoining restaurant on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed there and found the presentation and quality of the food to be excellent on both occasions (the wine cave which is part of the restaurant is good too!). I wouldn’t hesitate recommending both the apartment and restaurant if you are looking to stay in Mirepoix.

Wonderful

Pros: It's lovely - even nicer than the photos, with lots of great facilities including pool, private terrace, comfy beds, lots of space, and in a great location in a beautiful town. Emanuelle and Leah were really helpful and made sure everything was OK throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: We travel to the region regularly and this was our second stay at Gîte de l'Autre Jardin. The apartment is lovely, and has an amazing terrace and access to a swimming pool. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant downstairs is great - can't really compliment enough! Highly recommended and we can't wait to return!

Pros: Clean bright and airy apartment in a central location near to the historic town square. Lovely hosts made us very welcome. Apartment is well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Sun terrace and pool are lovely additions.

Pros: El apartamento es espectacular. Está muy bien equipado y es muy cómodo. Lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza, que tuviera aire acondicionado (ya que los primeros días hizo mucho calor) la cercanía del comercio local (en la misma calle: panadería, quesería, pescadería, carnicería, supermercado...) el restaurante y el trato con los dueños... y Mirepoix, gran punto de partida para conocer la región

Cons: El horario de la piscina que se quedaba un poco corto. En horario de comidas y cenas del restaurante no se podía usar
