Pros: Right on the Canal du Midi quay. The apartment is well equipped, excellent for self catering.

Pros: Lovely location by the canal, charming apartment in a traditional old house in good condition with modern kitchen. We felt at home quickly. Everything worked, kitchen is well stocked (we appreciated that some basic condiments were there already), the beds comfortable. The free bikes are a bonus! Lots to explore nearby. Nice village, good supermarket in walking distance.

Pros: Very acceptable place to stay but a bit tired and certainly not luxury. it does have just about everything that's needed. The garden was a welcome addition, but certainly not seclueded.

Cons: This is right on the quay of the Canal du Midi, so it is busy and was difficult to park close to the Gite for loading and unloading. Struggled to find the washing machine which is shared . The people upstairs were quite noisy.

A very enjoyable stay overall.

Pros: Location next to canal bridge, easy parking, cleanliness, high level of written information , garden and its furniture. Good security arrangements.

Cons: Could only find German TV channels. A Microwave oven would be helpful. Entry hall is dark and light switch is out of sight behind innner door. Move switch or put note about its location in the list of information sent before arrival. Easy not to see the shallow step at doorway into the apartment (see above) , a trip hazard, put yellow paint along edge of step.

Un bon lloc per desconectar....

Pros: Ja haviem estat al juny a Homps i hem passat uns dies molt agradables. Silenci, tranquil.litat i relax. Ha fet molt fred, però amb la calefacció de l'apartament hem estat calents. Agraim els detalls de benvinguda i el bon vi.

Cons: Caldria revisar la cuina de gas ja que els botons dels focs no funcionen correctament i crea inseguretat.

Pros: La localización, la tranquilidad, las vistas del del salón, la amabilidad del propietario, los detalles al llegar con una botella de vino y de agua con gas en la mesa.

Einladend für einen kurzen und längeren Aufenthalt. Appartement für mehr als 2 Personen m.E. weniger gut geeignet

Pros: Homps ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit typisch südfranzösischem Flair inmitten von Weinanbaugebieten. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Fluss, gut für Fahrrad-/WanderAusflüge und Besuche von Carcassonne/Narbonne. Das Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern ist gut ausgestattet, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis super.

Cons: Bad sehr klein/eng.

Canal du Midi sans la foule !

Pros: Appartement propre, bien aménagé, chauffé (séjour en novembre), comprenant 2 chambres, un salon salle à manger, une cuisine équipée et une douche-WC. Possibilité d'utiliser la terrasse à la belle saison et place de parc à proximité. Restaurants à quelques pas. Très sympa de se trouver juste à côté du canal du Midi. Hôtes très prévenants.

Cons: Rien à signaler.

Pros: Lugar muy tranquilo donde descansar y a pocos minutos de lugares muy interesantes para visitar.

Cons: No encontré la barbacoa pero al final no la necesité.

Heerlijk!!!

Pros: Heerlijke locatie! Met restaurants op loopafstand.

Cons: Nou ja, daar kan de locatie iets aan doen,, 's middags is locatie in de zon, lekker wel maar zo'n >30° een beetje teveel van het goede. Gelukkig waren de muren dik en kon de zon niet binnen komen en bleef het huis redelijk koel. Met de aanwezige ventilator was het goed uit te houden.
