Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, hat einen verglasten Balkon. Das zweite Doppelbett befindet sich auf einer Empore, offen zum darunter gelegenen Wohnraum/Küche.

Cons: In der 3. Etage gelegenes Apartment, zur Altstadt (Centrum) von Gruissan gut 10 min zu Fuß zu gehen. Menschen mit wesentlicher Gehbehinderung sollten das beachten.

Pros: Le duplex cosy et bien aménagé. La climatisation. L'emplacement près du port et de ses activités mais suffisamment éloigné quand même pour toute tranquillité.
