Cosy spot in a great location.

Pros: Great little studio in a fantastic location. Loved the balcony. The whole building is very well maintained. Attributed parking space within the residence. Friendly welcome.

Au top. Belle emplacement et super accueil.

Pros: Réactivité au top. L’accueil est irréprochable. Plein de conseils et de bienveillance. On s’est senti très bien accueillis. Très bon emplacement.

Cons: Nous n’avons pas l’habitude de dormir dans un canapé clic clac. Du coup c’était peu confortable pour nous mais c’est normal car ce n’est pas un vrai lit.

Pros: Hübsche Wohnung (2. Stock mit Lift), die den Vorteil hat, dass vor ihrem Balkon keine Strasse, sondern ein ruhiger Fussgänger-Quai liegt. Vorteil des leuchtend blauen Schlafsofas mit einfachem Klappmechanismus ist, dass man durch den Tag in einem schönen Wohnzimmer lebt. Genügend Schränke und Stauraum. Wir waren froh für unsere Fahrräder, um gut in die Stadt und zum Strand zu kommen - es hat aber auch einen Shuttleservice. Carrefour-Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke. Wir würden (in der Nebensaison, wenn es so schön ruhig ist...) wiederkommen!

Cons: - Wer nicht schlank und leicht ist, dürfte das Gestänge des Klappsofas nachts zu spüren bekommen (das Sofa hat eine erstaunlich dünne Matratze) - Nur 1 Esslöffel für 2 Leute 😀

Pros: Le studio est très propre et très bien placé avec une vue exceptionnelle . Tout est prévu il ne manque rien pour un séjour agréable . Séjour agréable.Nous reviendrons surement.

Pros: Appartement confortable, bien situé, parfait pour un couple . Proximité du port (5mns), plage à 1/4 h à pied, village de Gruissan 20mns à pied. Parking privé. Accueil super de la mère des propriétaires. Disponible, agréable. Elle nous a renseigné sur tout ce qui est intéressant à Gruissan.
