Nous pourrions relouer cet appartement les yeux fermés pour passer un séjour agréable.

Pros: Nous avons aimé le calme de la résidence et la place de parking privée et fermée. L’appartement est situé au dessus d un autre appartement. Nos voisins du dessous étaient respectueux, ainsi nous avons passé un très bon séjour reposant. La petite terrasse nous a permis de manger dehors à l abri du soleil car il y avait un store et aussi à l abri des regards grâce à un paravent. La résidence est près du port et de la plage ( environ 300 mètres). L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Il est confortable (canapé et lits). Un petit ventilateur dans la chambre du bas est très appréciable.

Cons: La place de parking est trop étroite pour un SUV. L escalier qui va à la mezzanine et très raide. Il faudrait prévoir une clime car il fait très chaud à l intérieur quand il n y a aucun courant d air.
