Bel environnement, mais appartement peu soigné, peu entretenu, à la propreté approximative.

Pros: Petit-déjeuner : sans objet, puisque j'ai loué un meublé. Emplacement au 3ème étage et balcon donnant sur le port : c'est le vrai \

Cons: L'état des lieux à l'entrée et à la sortie devrait être effectué par l'agence, de même que l'inventaire des nombreuses petites réparations à prévoir dans l'appartement. Ce n'est pas mon boulot, même si l'agence aurait voulu que je le fasse !
