Pros: C est un appartement décoré avec amour. Les moindres détails ne sont pas oubliés. Beaucoup de luminosité, très belle vue sur le port et proche de tout. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Merci à Stéphanie pour la communication et pour vôtre charmant appartement

Très joli duplex sur le port

Pros: Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé avec une petite terrasse donnant sur le port de plaisance et vue sur la plage des chalets. Localisation pratique dans Gruissan et assez centrale. Très jolie décoration. Lit king size (2 matelas de 90) très confortable.

Cons: Place de parking proche du poteau de la lumière donc plus difficile pour se garer. Absence de Vmc dans la salle de bain donc il faut bien aérer sinon odeur d'humidité garantie.

Un appartement confortable et bien situé dans Gruissan

Pros: L'appart est très bien situé, proche du port. La décoration est superbe, la chambre en duplex est grande avec un grand lit très agréable. Jolie petite salle d'eau..il est bien aménagé et optimisé.

Cons: Il manquait un peu de chauffage dans la petite chambre, mais nous sommes arrivés à l'improviste le jour de la résa. C'est certain nement pour cela. Le wifi sera un plus.
