Super séjour dans cet appartement proche du port de Gruissan

Pros: Appartement très bien situé, à 5mn à pied du port et 15mn à pied du village. Appartement climatisé, terrasse avec vue sur le port, tous les équipements nécessaires pour cuisiner, très propre. Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeante

Pros: La propreté du logement était parfaite. L’accès à la plage et au port est très rapide, tout est possible à pied.

Cons: Au sein du logement, le réseau/ connexion n’est pas super voir inexistant à certain moment.

Pros: Appartement propre, bien équipé et très bien situé au port de Gruissan. Situé au 4ème étage dans une résidence avec ascenseur et piscine. Le balcon est très appréciable. Une place de parking privée est attitrée à l'appartement

Séjour agréable malgré les dysfonctionnements

Pros: L’emplacement ideal, la vue depuis le balcon, la piscine

Cons: Les prises électriques qui ne tiennent pas, la tv qui ne marche pas, des plaintes en carrelage qui se décollent, le store extérieur qui ne s’ouvre pas, une seule clé avec un seul badge pour toute la famille, une étagère au dessus du lit tombée sans raison

Appartement avec une chambre, la clim et le balcon cuisine vue partielle sur le port très bien situé

Pros: L'emplacement est parfait très central avec une vue partielle sur le port. À 35 minutes de la plage des chalet à pied. À 15 minutes à pied du vieux Gruissan. La clim a été fortement apprécié. La cuisine sur le balcon et formidable pour profiter de la vue lors des repas. Pour la réception et le rendu des clés personnes très arrangeante.
