Simple mais spacieux

Pros: Appartement simple mais spacieux, propre et très bien situé. Un excellent rapport qualité prix pour deux personnes et un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire présent et disponible dans l'immeuble.

Cons: Un très beau bâtiment mais les parties communes nécessiteraient un rafraîchissement. Les équipements sont un peu justes. Il manque un sèche-cheveux et une petite réserve alimentaire (huile, vinaigre, sel , poivre, infusions, café même si ce n'est pas obligatoire...), un étendoir à linge, une seule plaque de cuisson ce n'est pas suffisant...

Pros: Le propriétaire et très sympathique il nous a louer un Très belle appartement bien située calme en cour de finition il manque certaines choses mais le propriétaire va mettre se qui manque un lave linge un fer a repasser avec la table donc il sera encore plus confortable
