Perfect place to stay and explore the old and new parts of the city.

Pros: The welcome we got from Ben was so lovely. He showed us around the apartment and told us local information thats really helped us settle in quickly. The apartment was perfect and in the best location. Ben and Sophie couldn't have been more helpful and really made us feel welcome.

Cons: If i had to say one think, the bed and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable but overall the place was perfect.

Excellent flat.

Pros: Everything. Flat was perfect. Well equipped. Close to old and new town. Great terrace.

Pros: Excellent location which was at the base of the Castle and the old city so very easy to access these. Very quiet and peaceful. Was lovely to stay in an apartment and have all the comforts of home. The bed was a little firmer than what we are used to but we still slept well. The outdoor patio area was a lovely addition. We were able to find parking on the street but there is a parking area close by. The host was very friendly and helpful to us. We had a great few days there.

Great location and a wonderful host.

Pros: The host was wonderful and very communicative on the lead up to our stay - she gave us detailed instructions on where to park, the best places to eat and where to explore in the city. She was knowledgable and really friendly - a fantastic experience for our first night in France. We loved it so much we tried to book another night at the end of our stay but the space was, rightfully, all booked up.

Cons: Nothing we could fault - it was great.

Two lovely days exploring Carcassone from an ideally situated base.

Pros: As described and in the perfect location but still great value.

Cons: No real complaints other than perhaps it would have been nice to have a few welcome items such as water in the fridge etc

Pros: This property has an excellent location and is only five minutes from the medieval city and less than ten minutes from the new town. The apartment is clean and spacious. It has an air conditioning unit, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and has plenty of kitchen ware. The bed is comfortable and living area is well designed. Sophie, the owner, is a very kind host. This apartment is great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Pros: Finally a real homely flat, super well appointed and offering everything you might need (included excellent coffee). The welcome we got by Ben, our host, deserves a 20 out of 10. He went out of his way to be helpful. There is nothing to fault with this flat. A real place done up not as a rental but as a home, with taste and warmth. Thoroughly recommend.
