Bien situado y buenas vistas

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien decorado y está todo nuevo. Es muy cómodo para los que íbamos. Echamos de menos algún aparador, cajón o estante en uno de los dormitorios para dejar las pertenencias, ya que no había ni una percha en la que dejar la ropa. Sin embargo el otro tenía armario y estantes.

Cons: Deberían haber mencionado que no había ascensor y es un cuarto piso. El edificio está bastante deteriorado.

Todo excelente. Para repetir en caso de volver a Carcassonne

Pros: Muy limpio y muy cómodo ,perfecta ubicación , zona muy tranquila y a cinco minutos del centro de Carcassonne. Nosotros tenemos una furgoneta grande que no cabía en el parking pero justo enfrente del portal hay zona blanca que no se paga y ahí la hemos tenido durante tres días sin ningún problema Para repetir sin duda.

Cons: Es un 4 piso sin ascensor, aunque para nosotros no ha sido problema.

Un appartement agréable avec vue privilégiée sur la cité.

Pros: Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement à proximité du centre-ville et de la gare. La vue sur la cité depuis le balcon est top ! Les lits sont confortables, c'est bien équipé, la climatisation rend bien service. C'est un appartement très cosy où nous aurions pu passer plusieurs jours.

Cons: L'avenue est un peu bruyante car il y a du trafic, dormir fenêtre ouverte n'est pas conseillé. Aussi, l'appartement est au 4e étage sans ascenseur donc il vaut mieux ne rien oublier dans la voiture ! Enfin, le porche à passer pour accéder au parking est étroit, attention si vous avez une voiture large.

Pros: Superbe appartement très lumineux, climatisé, bien agencé, bien décoré et bien placé. La literie est très confortable et la cuisine est bien équipée. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur réactivité et la petite attention qui fait plaisir : capsules de café, thé, sucre à disposition.

Cons: Seul bémol : les 4 étages à grimper et l'étroitesse de l'accès au garage. Mais au moins on peut se garer!!
