Pros: Perfect location. Apartment has everything you could need. Very comfortable and well equipped.

Cons: Courtyard could do with a tidy-up. Also, perhaps leave wi fi code written down somewhere for arriving guests.

Fantastic apartment Le Jardin

Pros: We had an amazing stay .the apartment is so well equipped and spacious. The garden was perfect . Our host was very helpful. The location is perfect, central yet quiet. It is only a few minutes walk from the square, the canal, and the castle. We would love to stay again.

Pros: Very nice welcoming. Nice and calm appartment. Great view on the nearby cathedral. Nicely located to grab all that is needed for a dinner.

Great location for visiting Carcassonne

Pros: The location is great. A good choice of local shops for food, with a very good fresh food hall close by, where you can buy meat / fish / fruit / vegetables / local produce etc. which is open in the morning. There are plenty of bars / places to eat out, and it is an easy walk to visit the medieval city of Carcassonne.

Cons: We arrived late evening (in the dark and rain!) and could not find the lock box – our property information / guidance was that it was to the left of the door. Initially we could not find the lock box, to the left of the door, and we tried to contact the hosts / property by phone (leaving a message and sending then a text on the number given), but we were unable to contact them. The lock box is actually 4-5 metres to the left of the door, which is attached to the outside window security bars. This can be easily missed in the dark – although we eventually found it (after about 30 minutes), we all felt that the guidance for the lock box was not clear enough.

Great location in a beautiful city.

Pros: Great apartment only minutes away from Place Carnot (main square). Erik helped us from the moment we landed. He met us at the apartment to hand over keys and show us around. Gave lots of local info incl restaurant suggestions and easiest way to get to citadel. Apartment was spotless, well-equipped and very spacious. Lovely to sit outside to have breakfast, we even had the church organ playing one morning! Nothing seemed too much trouble for Erik - great guy!

Cons: Can't fault the apartment or host.

A very relaxing week in a beautiful apartment

Pros: A very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment with all the facilities we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The lovely private garden was an added bonus. Very central location for exploring all Carcassonne has to offer. The owners were very helpful and easy to contact if required.

Amazing stay in a beautifully maintained house close to the square and the bakery and indoor market

Pros: Extremely well equiped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Very secure Property with lovely courtyard to sit out and have breakfast before you start the day exploring.

Cons: Everything was prefect

Pros: FABULOUS spacious apartment, lovely and clean. Great location near the square. Easy and nice contact with owner, let us check in early and check out later. Defo recommend.
